Job Summary

The Administration Officer is an important part of the daily business to ensure that the core business activities are conducted effectively. 

Job Duties 

  • To process customer orders and prepare sales documents 

  • To prepare outbound logistics to customers

  • To receive customer enquires and provide customer service

  • To manage core business records and files

  • To prepare short daily reports (format & templates will be provided)

  • To manage petty cash expenses

  • Other related duties given by the senior management

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in an administrative role

  • Good social skills

  • Teamwork skills

  • Qualification in Higher Education (Diploma, Degree, etc. in Business Management or other related field)

  • Proficiency in English and Swahili
