Job Summary
The Production Supervisor role is an important part of the production function to ensure that the production is conducted in an efficient and effective manner.
Job Duties
To supervise and control the quality of the production and packaging process
To supervise the production team
To record the changes in inventory
To record and organize production data
To prepare production reports
To report production and inventory information to the senior management
Other related duties given by the senior management
Skills and Qualifications
Advance skills in Microsoft Software
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a supervisory role
Good mathematical skills
Good Teamwork and leadership skills
Qualification in Higher Education (Diploma, Degree, etc. in Business Management or other related field)
Proficiency in English and Swahili
